As an artist, drawing isn't something you can easily learn. You might be able to learn to draw objects, animals, etc. through some YouTube videos, but the rest takes a LOT of time... Also, most (NOT ALL) Art tutorials can only help in a limited way but they will instill their artstyle in you. (It's not bad to have someone else's artstyle or to have one that's similar, but most of the time I recommend finding or using your own artstyle.)
