You just gotta forget dude. You can get negativity and trauma get to you and ruin your life forever and ever or calm down, get a new hobby, and do new things; or talking to a therapist or discord mod about it. Get the worst of your troubles away from you

recovering is not always easy, but it doesn't have to always be possible.
if you don't find any motivations left in castle, then just leave it. for your own good..
let it go. the past, the traumas, everything.
