Added cloud to tornado and made it have blocks in it

It's been a while but this is not getting a revamp so it will be deleted forever well probably not it is likely that I'll delete it

Guys I'm gonna delete this deck soon so I can revamp it

Added drill item and shockwave item into weather and tornadoes 1.2.5 and added sound for tornado 1.2.5

You can now make it so you can place blocks added a new mod into this

Now you can disable and enable mod
