No, you currently can't get the pallettes. No, I can't give pallettes. Pallettes are obtained via Castle official events, which recently has been lacking for some reason. The obtainment of these pallettes is purely patience, you just wait until an event includes it and you do the steps for it. I'll be announcing Castle events and the pallettes that are obtainable on them, and add it on the list if they're new.
