Here’s what to do:

If you PVP to much 
Choose Regenaration

If you are Manhunting or Speed-running choose Swiftness 

But if you do both, just buy one that is expensive to make (which is regeneration)
Then make the other one (swiftness is Water bottle + nether wart = Awkward Potion + Rabbits foot = swiftness potion)

Then boom you got both :)
