TARTE TATIN RECIPEP
reparation time: about 50 minutes.
Serves: 8 people.
Ingredients:
8 to 10 apples
150g of butter
150 to 200g of sugar
200 to 250g of pastry dough
A pinch of cinnamon
Preparation:
Melt the butter and sugar to form a caramel. Pour it into a mold.
Cut the apples into small pieces and place them on top of the caramel (Note: the caramel must already be cold).
Add a little cinnamon.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and place it over the apples.
Bake for about 30 minutes in the oven at 180-200°C.
When the tart is cooked, take it out of the oven and flip it over to serve.
Serving Suggestion: Tarte Tatin is delicious served warm, accompanied by a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of cream.
