Im making an animation with a few of my ocs for an announcement for a new oc, and because of my artstyle, i needed to make the torso much smaller. So i moved the arms, but after the part where the upper character moves her arm down, when it goes back up it bugs out and moves back to the original area. Ive been checking the rules but cant find how to change where the arm pops up
