He didn't disable comments on purpose, he's a 13- account, Castle automatically disables comments on all his decks

im pointing out a feature almost no one noticed, execpt for me, i have been able to comment on these restricted parented accounts but i feel like castle automaticly disabled comments for all of these parent-restricted accounts. im just noticing small details almost no one can notice and the creator didnt mean to disable comments but i guess castle disabled them automaticly(you can't turn it off) for safety reasons. if im wrong, tell me
