So basically... the same problem everyone else has

I relate to this SO MUCH The way I do it is to make a list of small and easy projects, then work on those when I don't want to work on big projects I have like 30 python programs in a folder that do completely random stuff.

Pro tip: If you start to lose motivation, go outside, and do some activities, it works for me
