Here is some advice. Don't think suicidal thoughts the more you think the more it will get, Be brave if it doesn't work think that it will not be true because if you believe it you might get scared or think more the suicidal thought, don't be Stressed if you get stressed you might think of it the more you stressed the more thoughts will be gotten and lastly don't believe bad things to other people because if you think about there info or fake theory you might as well get one so...
