SCP 049 has more health. SCP 173 is no longer invincible

there's a bug with scp 173 where if you look at it it will stay inanimate, even if you blink or walk away, idk how to fix that. IT"S FIXED BUT IN THE PROCESS HE PRATICALLY INVICIBLE

SCP 173 UPDATE, your vision is the cream bubble and when SCP 173 is not in it it will move a 50 in game speed to get to you
