can you make a very small portal (0.1 width and height) that needs a key to unlock and when unlocked it will teleport red green and brown into the wrong universe

Can u make it when green is about to fall into the water and if u tap on brown he would push him out of the way and IF u tap on brown just in time he would be also pushed out of the way because you used your finger to push him out
