so basically you get a canvas 512x512 then add an image (make sure it fits the canvas) now duplicate the layer and add a folder and then put the duplicated layer in the folder then find retro game (filter then go to artistic) set saturation to 300 or 100 then dot is 0.00 (based on what you want) then put on level 6 now go to the one with the lines almost forming a square on the top right, then go to color range and put fuzziness to 0.00 then I think something that's ∞? Then put the Compose to "Set". now it will spawn a selection area, now paste it And make the 1st or 2nd layer invisible and save image and do with the other layer and finally, save to gallery and ur done!
