Bro finally used scripts for the first time in his life💀 anyways guys it is because computers start counting from january 1 1970. you can confirm by adding 1970 and 56 (rn its at 56 years) it will give you the current date/year if you add the year number(56 rn) to 1970 (sorry for garbage explanation and english)
