I reworked his twisted. Here's how he works now: You have a certain time limit to finish the floor depending on the amount of machines on it (the game will notify you of this). If you fail to complete it, he spawns and chases the nearest toon. He now has Pebble's speed so avoiding and distracting him is tricky.
