Added basic hit sound to almost everyone in the game, also reworked the logic on the slice effects

Made samurai nam's AI slightly more experienced (cuz samurais are experienced), also changed his and ultra dam's hit sounds

Arena cast Expand! Also made all enemies move randomly if there's no targets, and changed critical hit effect design
