Why are there Russian phrases written above them? (I understand perfectly well what is written there.)

The lost and separated twins: there once was a pregnant Ms.circle cat, but when it gave birth, it lost too much blood. The kits were stuck under her corpse. Two of them squeeze out of her chest, to the lower floor. The other kit leapt up, and realized they just lifelong separated themselves. They cried, reaching their paws up and down.
