Startup sound has change and the Welcome bar has come (Only applies to Home and Pro edition, Starter won't get updates starting June 18 2027)

Are you bored of keeping your Windows 8.1 session ON?? Now you can shut it down! Pro and Home: Click Turn Off or Shut Down in Start Starter: Go to Start, click More, click Shut Down. You can also restart it via the shutdown screen without having to restart the deck!
