Add Axis lock!

This is really good! But I recommend adding: Axis lock (disable rotating) Slowdown translation: 5464666 Disable slowdown (you’ll see why next) 2 rules: 1. When drag stops , enable slowdown behavior 2. When drag starts , disable slowdown behavior (Apply this to all moveable things! Hopefully this works :>)
