This counts everytime Roet has been said in: Comments, Tags, Deck Text, Deck Names, Snapshots and etc. But dors not counts in: Actor Tags, Code, Code Notes, Actor Names, and etc. Example: This comment has 4 "Roet"s which means this is adding 2 to the Roet Counter, but if in this deck i added a note that contains "Roet", it wont add.
