Added the toy monkey quest

Added the top hat quest and added a golden skin you can get only in the main card

Added 2 baby monkeys on a tree, changed the background and changed the walking animation in the main card. I also added a cave that can be entered by going to the ladder. I also added the VIP pass. If you have the VIP pass find one of the 2 collectible in cave then collect that collectible for a bunch of collectibles. Also in the main deck if you have the VIP pass you start off with a bunch of collectibles. Removed main card gems and replaced the way to get gems without VIP in the main card
