Its obvious that her design and ability is based on stars because sleep is alot of the time connected to star with the spinning star thing above baby beds and looking at a starry night and sleeping, the lore is also really good and actually kinda depressing bc the way that she thinks its a dream and thinks she will wake up sometime genuinely makes me a bit sad although its fictional. The idea of her ability being based on starlight is really creative and its funny how it says that her stamina and health regens in starlight while you said its not a game. Yh i know that stamina and health is in real life too but i think of games when i hear those words in one sentence.
