It should start at the house, then the backrooms(not the liminal space one i mean it lurks version) and then the tower and cabin and then the maze and then the finale(if you want you can add chapter 6)

Open world would be a sophiscated way to make the lore more flexable and acessible. The chapter would be nostalgic however a little deprecated. A mix between one another would be cool though
