That ain't real bootloader a bootloader is a software kinda idk but if you restart your Android phone or power of then turn it back on there's a bootloader that said reset phone meaning remove all of your apps and data the first one says power on the meaning is turn your phone back on and the 2nd one says reset and power on meaning power it on and reset all of the data and apps and it sometimes different Androids have a Android robot with a bootloader warning and the other one is just a Android robot but if you restart your phone it says warning bootloader unlocked viruses can get in or bad hacker and bad files but if you put water on your charger it will show a warning sign and a cable on the bottom if you don't clean out the water you phone may explode and if yall iphones and Androids heat up it will explode
