This takes place before Liye's death, before the events of the series. They were in a haunted mansion where they saw different illusions. This was 17's illusion. Orange's illusion was Liyes killing 17. Liyes didn't have an illusion. Orange, thinking Liyes killed 17, stabbed Liyes to death.
