Added The Evil Speed Pellet that slows you down, the normal max speed for the player is 10, The Normal Speed Pellets makes your speed randomly on 10-30 while the evil ones makes your speed randomly on 1-9, the monsters speed is 5, so if your speed is less than 5 and you don't find a speed pellet, your kinda gonna get placed in the capture room.

Version 3.0! Added speed pellets that makes you faster, these help you outrun sonic and the yellow sphere.

note:you actually have to survive 60 seconds but me adding a timer would be crazy so i did not do it
