my brain is not deciding on which I should work on Blue VS Red 4 or I should procrastinate

I may have ADHD, I procrastinate a lot, I have bad attention span, I am forgetful and a bit clumsy, I stim a lot, I am hyperactive at home, I talk too touch at home.

Not and again? :(

Can i roast to the procrasts?
