It's not working, because the lift starts on an end piece (the rounded ones) so it doesn't gain a direction to go to. If you want lifts to work, you should place it on a directed track (first 4 frames). Also, if you want them to loop, you'll have to connect the same track together (creating a circuit). Sorry for the inconvenience.
