You're right about Millichan She can sometimes defeat blob/dummy with 1m hp😭🥀 (I was testing it on Spearman blob giving him 1,000,000 hp and her "Bad move" was one-shot them instantly)

Uhh I think I know how ratyu can balance him: 1. During ult you cannot regain points and they will slowly drain and when the points hit 0 you become normal 2. Trying to get ult is much harder and when you get hit you lose even MORE points 3. Even though you are “supposed” to be [TITLE CARD] during the ULT, every time your hp hits 1 you lose MORE ult points 4. And 500 more ways to lose ult points ig
