An app is named hub is deleted castle, so like that meme where hub deletes castle, do NOT accept it.

Try this: log off this account, go to log in, enter username then tap "reset password" type your other account's email, they will send you a email, go open it, type the new password, copy it, paste it on your login "password". Hope this helped!
