Nokia Eeio (joke on the Nokia 3310) is half of a type of anomaly called a lab-born. A scientist seeking to strengthen her fragile body & achieve immortality gave birth to him in hopes that she'll get closer to those goals. She ended up teaching him how to kill, but Nokia hated that & broke out of his home factory.
