If you intend to dither normally (without pixel art mode), I recommend importing your layers in this order. 1. Black 2. White 3. Red 4. Green 5. Blue 6. Yellow 7. Magenta 8. Cyan This should make the color closer to the original image, if not, feel free to shuffle those layers around. Then finally merge all of the layers if you're satisfied.
