It's not just toggling H/E, you need to 'assemble' letters to make one block (syllable),On a standard Korean keyboard, your Left hand handles Consonants (ㄱ, ㄴ, ㄷ...), and your Right hand handles Vowels (ㅏ, ㅓ, ㅗ...).(by Gemini but I'm not gemini)
