Life is not a coat, don't hang it, even if there is the anxiety, there's also the hopefulness, even when there is sadness, there's happiness, the world would be a much worse place if you weren't here, even if there's up and downs, don't just end it, stop biting yourself, and do the things you enjoy, because in the end we all have a limited time and we should enjoy that time we have, with our families, with our friends, and our feelings, our life is the most precious thing ever and don't just assume that you can just end it all, think about your friends, your family, move on from the bad parts in life, and focus on the good ones because there can be up and downs in life, but the Downs don't matter, do whatever you want, even if there might be consequences, so keep going in life. I believe in you.
