One community/game/website i recommend that puts good user safety (and is also considered an indie website) is ArtFight. The community is really nice and the moderators are serious about their job and are also really nice. It's basically a contest that starts every year and it's about drawing fanarts for others as "attacks" and others can defend from that attack by giving you a fanart back. Basically fanarts of your characters are attacks! I rlly recommend it, it's really cool. :3
