Bill actually has deep emotional issues which is why he immediately attempts to murder Jim. Also this takes place during the apocalypse, where Bill murders literally every single living thingamabob on Earth, saving Jim for last.

Bill now takes the camera with him when he goes outside. There is a small chance of Jim no-clipping to the Backrooms.
