Ts so peak 🔥🔥🔥🔥 Sadly as of right now, there arent any effects on the game wich would kind of make the weapon useless, but the gimmick is so good I would imagine its more like a sword weapon, since the ability is a swing. It would be really fun having to deal with the -doctors plague- effect appearing suddenly and you needing to find an enemy to pass it to, i think itd be a nice addition.
