You need to play events and share the scores of the said events in parties, eventually that will build up your new pallet, and if you do it enough you get the pallet! No events are open currently but, there is going to be a Halloween one this year. You can only get pallets if the event is open btw. ( I want a new pallet too I feel the struggle tbh )
