Life is hard. Life can change, for the better or worse, but you and I need to keep moving forward. I read once in a book that one must stay alive, because you can't make a change if you're dead now can you? You're incredible, you're amazing. Life can change and that means that it can get better. Take care of yourself, eat enough food, drink lots of water and make sure to get enough sleep, but don't always stay in bed. There's a whole world out there to enjoy, so many people to meet and so many opportunities to take. You're 1 in 8 billion, and you're incredible. Can you imagine that?
