Why doesn't staff's weapon spin fast?

Ring o' fire: Orange color, has orange transparent aura (0.5 opacity), aura has DPS and size, DPS/size increase by 0.5 every wall bounce, DPS/size starts at 1. (Aura is 2x bigger than ring o' fire ball)
Electron: yellow color, has yellow transparent aura (also 0.5 opacity), aura has damage and stun duration, damage increase by 1 & stun increase by 0.1 (every opponent hit), Damage and stun starts at 1. (Aura is 1.5x bigger than electron ball)
