The 'dying' after the grimace shake was just a trend that got popular, and people did it to be 'trendy', so yes, you don't have to worry, Mcdonald's wouldn't be as dumb to release a lethal milkshake, because that could get them sued and even end up in mcdonald's ceo himself getting arrested for approving a 'lethal milkshake' in the first place.
