The reason the Toystronics robots think Thomas is one of the skeletons without a shell is that the robots place Thomas in one of the shells. When he's placed in the shell, his eyes will pop out of the mask, and his body will be pierced and crushed in the shell only on the game over screen.

Well, I was thinking of making a fan-game of Five Nights with Froggy mixed with Fun Times at Homer's 1, with differences in the mechanics.
