Here an guide how to download sonic 3 A.I.R on android (It's an better version of sonic 3) Firstly you need any browser and download app called "RAR" if you dont have then download it from any browser, download sonic 3 A.I.R from original site and download sonic n' knuckles ROM (aka .zip) goto RAR and find the sonic n' knuckles ROM hold it an press "Extract files" Press "OK" after you do this, goto any of file managers (except RAR) and open sonic n' knuckles.bin choose the sonic 3 A.I.R and done!
