Update nerfed the spwaning rate by a ton

oh shoot if i play in editor is fine they get destoryed the shapes but if play public it doesn't destroy them for me also code looks fine

MAJOR BUG for someresson the bullets dont kill the enemys for me

Idk why the bullets are not damageing when i play
