added a settings menu to house future ideas also added a new buff called: parasite it takes health from your opponent and gives it to you also added more stuff to the map

just added a new buff: bullet poison it does damage over time to the enemy once you hit them and a buff that increases max health. also made health adjust the size of the player/enemy.
