It depends. Usually someone has to view the deck and inspect any signs that can be used as an evidence to verify or deny the allegations and contact the Castle team to appeal for it. In the inspection, if found a sign that confirm the allegations, you would have to tweak the deck. Else if not, then you are not wrong and they don't have your consent to delete the deck. It's your choice whether you want to act upon it or not. You are the one capable to improve things.
