This cute lil' fellow somehow gives energy to the entire island/labratory. The green slime is linked to the ground and to the bulb, the slime acts as a wire or maybe a jumper cable where you attach one alligator snip onto something with the other one. The bulb collects all the power and electricity from the spider laying inside. Bulpber is extremely dangerous to touch even if in the bulb. The bulb was likely supposed to be apart of the wubbox's core but he realized the core had a spider in it, wubbox got scared and threw the core aka bulb into... here! A monster put slime on it since they knew they weren't getting electricity. Anyways im gonna... huh? WAIT AAA-
