He is a lethal realistically his toon would not be playable, and which means he would have no requirements because you can’t get him without getting VIP as well as having all of his stats be 5 stars

…you do know I made a rule for you to have only 18 max stat points including both stars and hearts right???… he’s kind of breaking the rules by having so much stars
