Remix allowed when?

This is very cool, but I would like it if you make Mario's running animation different than his still animation.

Can you add the ability to ride the mushroom before you add the mushroom function. I would love that. Or add a cart thing that you can fit inside of a hit box and then push the car while you're inside of it and ride it. Then after inching yourself forward you don't have to do anything and can just move.
