To be honest David aka the CEO of roblox controls only 13% of roblox and the updates are not being updated by a single person a whole team has to approve it so they will add the update, but David controls 60% of the voting and The CEO of roblox is responsible for the updates because he approved them but he did not make the updates, Matt Kaufman aka the chief safety officer is the one who's making the updates so both of the CEO and Matt Kaufman are responsible for the updates, sorry if I tapped to much lolol.
